Gluten Free No 'Gum' Flour Mix

A fantastic, simple flour mix great for delicate things such as pancakes, crepes, puddings or to use in recipes to control the amount of binding ingredient (psyllium husk/xanthan gum) in a delicate cake recipe such as sponge cake or champagne cake. Also great in gravies or sauces.

Ingredients
924 grams White Rice Flour
308 grams Potato Starch
168 grams Tapioca Starch

Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool place in your kitchen

Gluten Free Baking Mix

A super simple flour mix for a few of my recipes in my binder. Currently it is used primarily for animal crackers and soft pretzels.

Ingredients
3 C brown rice flour
3 C oat flour (I make my own grinding safe oats)
1 1/2 C arrowroot powder
1 1/2 C potato starch

Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool place in your kitchen
